The Inferno was desinged by the young hotshot pilot Jan Votava Jr., to fit his need for a highly capable 3D model with no limits, great roll rate and crisp snap rolls. In our opinion, he and the RC Factory team have done a great job. Because of potential competitive use (for Freestyle and Aeromusicals), a great care was given to the design and many prototypes were built until all were happy with the airframe being totally neutral in all flight conditions. The distinctive bottom T-canalizer is one such feature, that helped make the rudder response neutral and knife edge loops clean, without any tendency to roll or pitch.
